Hello Everyone!!

I hope everyone doing well. I received my NOI for Alberta Tech path and already submitted my application. But my concern is, if the quota for Alberta Tech path is filled for the year, will my application going to get cancelled ? or it will be pushed to next year? I already paid the fees for my application.

If anyone can share their experiences or thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

If you go on the site, I think they are processing those before March. Check on the site if quota is filled.

Thanks for your reply. I checked. There’s only 20 spots remaining with 48 applications in progress. But just wondering if the quota is filled, what happens with the submitted application? like they get deferred to next year? or just rejected.

Should be deferred. Was your application submitted prior to March?

I submitted in may 2025. One thing i got confused they have sent out too many NOIs. More than number of pnp allocations. One thing that really confused me was that they have sent total 151 NOIs for 2025 and issued almost 126 pnp. So number of applications in queue should be 151-126= 25 applications remaining but website says 48 applications still need to be processed. So, its making me confused how they got 48-25=23 extra applications from? most probably 2024 remaining applications got deferred to 2025.
