I received OINP paper based in February 2019 and applied federal in May 2019 , now I am on closed work permit and I got lay-off due to Covid-19. Anyone know if I could apply for EI on closed work permit in Ontario? Under EI category there are two types on Service Canada 1. Regular benefits EI 2. Sickness benefits EI
