Hello everyone, I applied OINP international student stream paper based in December 2018 and applied federal in May 2019 medical passed on November 6, 2019 since then waiting for passport request then in th end of March 2020 I got lay-off temporarily due to COVID-19 .On the other side I have express entry profile with 447 points (with 2 yrs and 10 months received ITA in which March to May 2020 I have lay-off ) now which way to go ? Express entry or paper based ?
