You call until you get your status from another person (a useful one).

The only thing that would really change that would be a class action law suit!

Doesn't make sense at all to pay 1500 CAD to support this process and not receive any information, not being able to know how or where your process is, don't pick the phone up, lose your files,...and they clearly state that most of the file get processed in 90 days (a joke).

Every single one of us feels this frustration...but I believe that for most of us the wait is on it's final stage.

The best part is inspite of knowing how many NOIs have been sent and how much time it would take to process the files including backlogs they are not able to put up a decent estimation of workforce required or of processing timeline,probably they depend on IRCC to make their decisions or have administrative constraints but having said all this, applicants need to know the status. The delay is way out of expectations.
I am frustrated because lot of my decisions are on hold because of this and Time waits for none, once gone is gone forever.

I am 2nd Feb FSW, inland with job in my NOC, expiring WP candidate. I did send e-mail to them before 20 days but there was no response till yesterday. Yesterday I received ADR. So don't worry, it can happen for any xyz reason and there is nothing to worry.

Believe me sending them e-mails/faxes daily or on alternate day will not help. Do send them reminder at every 15 days. Just hang in there. You are so close.

Thanks for cheering me up, I am aware even you were waiting along with few more people for ADR
I would have loved to know why my file got skipped and not processed along with other Jan applicants, but things at OINP doesnt work according to our wishes. Th delay could be for any reason and you are right, staying positive is probably my only best option.

It's all poorly managed! They don't depend at all on IRCC, I thought about knocking on their door to say...hey do you guys need some basic process help? Maybe a BPM tool (business process management)?
They don't even have an website you can check the status...come one... it's the end of 2016 wake up.

I felt the same way...too many decisions on hold for too long. But things will pick up soon and you'll get your nomination and then you will turn this page...leave it on the past! Focus on whats coming!

I got an email stating NLA and to update the express entry profile in 24 hours, Even after sending a mail to update my express entry profile 20 days back.

But Nevertheless, happy to see positive decision email!

See my case, 15 days after I sent the additional docs, I was told that they had not even received my mail. I then sent the docs again and followed up until they got it. Within 2 days I had the nomination. You will get it when you lease expect it. Until then, sit back and relax...

No ADR will be asked, in decision phase. You can only show patience at this moment.

Apologies for not updating my status in last couple of weeks as I was caught up with my office and other struggles.

Here's the story: Got my nomination on December 06, 2016, however, my lawyers updated me on December 09, 2016. We then re-created the profile (existing profile was expiring on December 12, 2016) same day so to avoid profile expiration and new points maybe transferred to newly created EE profile.

We then received an email on December 10, 2016 from OINP regarding No Longer Available for Nomination (NLA Status).

We have been chasing OINP since then to transfer the nomination points to newly created EE profile so that I can get an ITA in next draw, but in vain. Called couple of times, dropped emails and response is a pin drop silence.

Its frustrating and worrisome to say the least. So near yet so far.
