Not really I believe as I know people.whose applications were in submitted state who filed in November while but some who submitted in December moved to assessment last year.

Okay, seems like there's nothing happening for the 2018 OINP HCP applicants yet (except for one French-speaking dude)... I just hear crickets...
Let's hope that IRCC draws today, taking the CRS considerably down and then maybe we'll start seeing some action on our OINP applications.

There is one guy who submitted on 24th Feb, his application got moved to assessment yesterday.

He submitted his file on Feb 24. But interestingly the one with french stream has his file number starts with 182, while mine is 183. I wonder what will the the other guy who got his file.moved to assessment.
How to know whose profile got moved to assessment and whose profile is in submitted stage. Only Immitracker is the site to check this status right? or is there any other site/group?
I just received an 'complete application received' letter and status changed to assessment. Submitted application on March 5th.

Anybody who submitted their application in Feb, have their status changed? I submitted mine on 8th Feb, still submitted. They are certainly not doing this on first come first serve basis.
