My COPR expires in July 2025, my application is stuck since March 2025.

Hi everyone! Has anyone else experienced a similar situation? My application, submitted in February 2024 under the BC nomination program, is now three months overdue. Since the background check notification in March 2025, I haven't received any further information, and my COPR expires on July 28, 2025. I've emailed IRCC, but they say my application is still under review. Has anyone been in a similar situation and found a solution? Thank you so much!!!

There is no guaranteed processing time so not sure how you are determining that it is “overdue”. As long as your processing time is similar to others with your NOC and you have done everything legally then your only option is to wait.

Không có thời gian xử lý được đảm bảo nên tôi không chắc bạn xác định "quá hạn" như thế nào. Miễn là thời gian xử lý của bạn tương tự như những người khác có mã NOC tương đương và bạn đã làm mọi thứ theo đúng quy định pháp luật, thì lựa chọn duy nhất của bạn là chờ đợi.

Cảm ơn bạn! Hệ thống theo dõi đã cung cấp cho tôi mã COPR, nhưng mã này hết hạn vào tháng 7 năm 2025. Vào tháng 3 năm 2025, tôi nhận được thông báo về việc xác minh lý lịch. Từ đó đến nay, tôi không nhận được thêm thông báo nào nữa.
