Hi guys. I have a question.

When you apply the nominee application, how did the wage go?

Did it fit up to the median wage provided by Job bank?

Hey guys,

I wasn't fully kept in the loop in regards to statuses for my employer's pre-screening but I finally heard some news. On January 25th 2017 my employer received a Procedural Fairness Letter and responded on February 27th 2017. Then on March 6th 2017 my employer received the rejection letter. With that being said I had applied via Express Entry and got approved, I should become a permanent resident within the next month!! Therefore I no longer need this, but it might be useful for anyone who is still waiting.

Regardless, I was only informed about all of this last week which is frustrating. From the refusal letter it's easily noticeable that my employer made a mistake in the application. Specifically question 5a in Section C. My employer checked Foreign Worker Stream instead of International Student with Job Offer Stream. The reason for the rejection was because the pay for the position was not high enough to hire a Foreign Worker, but is definitely sufficient to hire an International Student. In terms of other qualifications I do qualify under the International Student with Job Offer Stream.

it will be better to add an explanation letter to be on safe side.
just explain them your situation. There is a guy in this topic who got approved even after 2 years of study.

What do you think, will OINP resume pre-screen applications? or they will only focus on that EE human capital ? Because there are still information on OIPN page, how to apply for pre-screen and how to get PN
