OINP employer job offer stream 2017

Hi All,
I am a Foriegn worker and would like to know the criteria of ONIP Job Offer Stream.
Please help to get below queries resolved -

1) In this category , does Ontario sends NOI or if I meet "ONIP Job Offer Stream" criteria, then I can apply from my self.
2)Apart from Job Offer , do I need LMIA from a canadian company as well?
3) Does I need to have Canada Work permit and working in Canada, then only I can apply in this stream or If my work permit is in progress and then also I can apply from outside Canada.

1) no you don't get NOI. You apply following the steps
2) no you don't need LMIA but have to fulfill the requirements provided on OINP

3) no you don't have to be in Canada to get PNP

How long does it take since OINP approves the application online to get the actual paper mailed? I saw on their site that my application was approved almost a week ago, but nothing in the mail.

Why are you thinking about it?
We were thinking but when I calculated the cost for 2xWES (500$) and 2xIELTS(700$) have decided not to. Already we have paid for OINP and CIC so...

My desperation forced me to write about it. It's been freaking 7 months!!!!!!!

Keep in mind that the medical is about to change so maybe it will be faster
Also if you don't have IELTS and WES ready that alone can take months
I have read on the Paper based PR thread that people with AOR in August got the medical requests, so...

Hi Guys,

Did you guys apply extended closed work permit with or without AOR?

I just applied my PR 2 weeks ago and have not got AOR yet but I have to apply work permit within 4 months.

Please advise.

Got AOR in Sep.waiting to get Medical request but due to the changes I don't know when will it be
