OINP Duplicate ECA Copy Required from WES

In my opinion, if you are claiming points for your spouse's education through ECA, it is only logical to assume that OINP might request you to make it available for them to verify it as they do it for the primary applicant. It is not explicitly mentioned in the OINP update dated January 11, 2016 whether the duplicate copy should be ordered for the the primary applicant and dependent as well. We will have to wait and see if anyone got additional document request for spouse's ECA report as well to be shared with OINP.

There are individuals (Tarun401 is one of them) who have already received nomination from OINP by submitting primary applicant duplicate ECA only. Hope this helps!!

Inspite of sending mail for correct refund amount,they only refunded me 7$ and also send ECA to CIC Fsw,weird people these guys are at WES.

It may take couple of days for WES to process your refund. $7 refund is automatic while another refund will be processed by WES finance team. You may wait for couple of days and shoot out another query asking for refund.

Ha ha! LOL . ;D ;D If given a choice, I'd go for the latter (obviously).

1) Place the order for a duplicate Report on the WES

website and also add Additional recipient (i.e OINP)

-- Charges will be CAD 75 for this
2) Log out from your Account and wait for about 10-

15 mins (This is an imp step else your next payment

of CAD 20 odd will not show)
3) Log in again and go to Modify your order, There

select Domestic Overnight and pay the fees. Ones

the payment is accepted you will see the total on

your payment change to CAD 96. something like

below ::

NOTE :: I AM YET TO SEE THE TRACKING NUMBER ?

Hi All,

Here is a summary of what I did and I want to ask if there is anything more I have to do.

I ordered the duplicate copy via the link provided on the OINP Updates page.

If I summarise my pdf order copy; in my Order there was:-

1. Copy of the report for me
2. An e-copy (I beleive this is for MCIIT)
3. A hard-copy report for CIC
4. A hard-copy report for MCIIT

So far, I have got my copy by post. Everything seems ok.

I logged on to WES Account and checked my order status and it was stated that Hard-copy report was sent to MCIIT on 10-Feb-2016. I beleive they should've got it by now.

There is nothing mentioned about the status of e-copy of the report whether it has been shared or not.

Do I need to be concerned about when e-copy that will be shared between WES and MCIIT? Or is the above all we have to do and that's it? Please do let me know.

IMO ,Anything related to Canada PR ( OINP, AOR, WES, ITA, BG, PPR, Refund) requires a truck load of patience ...

IMO, you should order it right away and when asked for by OINP, you will have required details handy to reduce iteration cycle time.

If i do it right away, then they will receive it within 5 days i think. So is it ok as i havent recieved my AOR yet? My application has reached on 01/02/16.
