Hi,

I have applied for OINP and received AOR. I have submitted all required documents except my Experience Reference Letter. As my company refused to provide any such information on letterhead. So, I have sent bona-fide letter ( on company letterhead) as proof of my employment, reference letter from my manager stating my roles and responsibilities, compensation letter giving details of my annual salary. I have also attached LOE for the same.

Will all this suffice?

I am not sure if I will be able to produce Experience Letter on Company Letterhead if asked by OINP as my company is persistent about not disclosing any such information.

What could be done in this case? Anyone else here faced similar issue?

Thanks In Advance !!

You should be fine.

Hi guys, I am FSW Outland with AOR 15 Jan 16, I called CIC today. I was told that my file has been transferred from CPC Ottawa to NDVO on 06 Jul , Does that mean that the A11.2 check has been cleared ? Also , how much time would NDVO take for further processing. My online status for BG, shows, A BG is needed.. Not started. Any inputs from your end will be helpful, thanks !

Thanks Prashantduggal. I ordered GCMS on 09 jul, havn't recd the same yet. Since I am completing 6 months of AOR on 15 Jul, would NDVO expedite my case.

Can you people share your opions that whenever OINP starts resending PTs, whether the criteria would remain same or they will change it?

Hello,

I'm currently standing at 451 crs and waiting for Ontario to reopen, but more importantly hoping the criteria of sending pt's for +400 applicants will not change . However, I'm also thinking of applying to other pnp's like SINP, my question here is: I read somewhere that Ontario won't accept your look into your application of you have already applied to another province .. How true could this be ? My second question is : anyone here with noc 2121 or working as an embryologist ?

Thanks in advance !

I can reply the first one. you can apply to as many province you want, but you can accept only one nomination.

I applied to SINP first and OINP second and got both nominations. I declared my SINP application in my OINP application. I declined SINP and only accepted OINP.

I already received OINP nomination and accepted. I am getting married next year. Do I need to inform CIC once that happens.

Do I need to inform OINP as well? I know I need to do this in case my status changes before I get nomination. How about after I get a nomination?

regarding Oinp 2016-2017 I heard that it is most likely they are going to change the criteria for international skilled workers .. To what extent do you guys think this will be true ? Any insights on this subject ?
