upto 8-10 mb files are fine... 3.6 is nothing
are you using winzip to compress files ? have you changed the subject line ?? did you do anything out of the ordinary when sending docs ? have you kept expressentry email address in cc when sending it ???

if nothing worked, i would suggest sending documents by fax, that would be the last resort... post would be too slow

As long as you didn not change the subject line of the email, you should be fine given that you haven't received a bounced email. They usually take 1 day to confirm via email that they received your documents. Good luck!

I sent them documents on 26 Dec and no acknowledgment from them so far. I broke my email into two attachments and just sent them again today. Hope either email works.

Hello to all. My wife is a principal applicant & we received the ITA last thursday. After that I filled the required details in the form & in the end checklist comes according to which we have to prepare the documents. But I have one doubt in that. Like my wife is a Principal applicant & they are asking from me also the work experience documents & job duties on the letterhead because in the from my experience record is also reflecting. I can provide only the experience letters not the job duties. But I am shocked that none of my experience related points are added in my wife CRS but still they are demanding job duties from my experience companies which would I not be able to submit.And even OINP didn't ask for

Please guide me.

Hi,

I had received ADR, but they were not able to receive the mail even after sending them 6-7 times. I got a reply saying we havent received them and we will continue with existing docs. I compressed the files, since I belive it to be a size issue, now it is 3.6 mb.

Is there a contact number or email which might help me resolve this problem?
Has anyone faced this in the past? Do not want to lose the opportunity since I have submitted all docs and it seems a size issue.

Please help.

Can I ask how big was the file that they weren't able to receive? I sent mine 10 days ago and I haven't received any confirmation. It was 11.6 MB. It didn't occur to me that they may not have received it. Do they always confirm receiving documents?

Hi All

I received additional documents request on 7th December. Sent them the same on 20th December through email (scanned copies as requested).

Received request to accept nomination on 22nd December. Accepted the same day.

Received letter from IRCC on 23rd December acknowledging my acceptance and adding 600 points to my score.

Now awaiting ITA from CIC.
