Recommended to complete the OINP application form by using a computer. Once print out is taken, then you can write with Pen "N/A" in sections which are Not Applicable to your situation.
Kindly use courier services like FedEx, DHL, etc. to make sure the application package is delivered in time.

You can fill it either way. That is by pen or by computer. There are no restrictions. However, if you fill by computer it will look neat.

Police Clearance Certificate is required for CIC application, not for OINP.
And yes the bank draft of Canadian $1,500 to be attached with the completed and signed Nominee application form.

Hi,

Did any of you send your application using Canada Post? If yes, was it signed by ARNOLD NK? Mine was signed by Arnold NK but the delivery location shows up as Mississauga even though the truck was out for delivery in Toronto. I am confused if I should resend it. Any help would be appreciated.

"ontario would like to consider you for nomination...you must contact ontario directly after receiving this letter"

how do I accept the PT? I dont see any links...

Who and how do I contact in ontario to accept pt?

I sent my application to oinp at 400 university Avenue but it was determined to Robert at mgs/oss at 77 Wellesley street W M7A 1N3 .please has anyone else experienced this?.i'm worried
