I would like to share my dates through the process of OINP.

Inland applicant, CEC

January 20, 2016: Express entry file created
January 25,2016: OINP invitation received
Feb 26, 2016: OINP Application submitted
July 15, 2016: AOR received
August 12, 2016: Additional documents requested
August 15, 2016: Additional documents submitted
September 26, 2016: Phone call from Officer (requested for info on my job)
September 27, 2016: Requested job details mailed
September 29, 2016: Phone call to my employer
October 3, 2016: Nomination

I have applied for student permit before my work permit expiry date (Aug 13, 2016). Currently I am on Student permit.

Hi guys
I am FSW outland, Delivered my application on Feb 2016. Got an email that my application is complete and is waiting for the investigative analysts for the review. However did not receive AOR. I sent another email on 20th Sep still did not any reply.

Just waiting.

send them a fax... they tend to respond to fax a lot quicker..
dont worry - I'm sure AOR was already issued, but sent to wrong email address...

Anyone from February last week applicants received the expired DD back ?

Why they are taking lots of time?

I might be moving to another address from which I have given the OINP to send the expired DD back in that situation what to do? Can we do follow up for same or asked OINP to send on another address??

Please guys help me I m so much in tension right now....

My work permit expired on August 13, 2016. Applied for study permit on July 2, 2016. Received the permit by July 31, 2016.

I am Jan 20th applicant. My new bank draft reached OINP on August 9 and I have received my old Bank draft today. So hang on , I am sure it's on the way.

My replacement Bank Draft reached their office on Sept 12, and I am yet to receive any confirmation or the old DD. Is it normal?

If you've received your old DD, which courier/parcel service did they send it through?

They don't send any acknowledgement or confirmation of the DD received normally. I think in your case, they will take some more time to send across the payment receipt. Once the receipt of payment is received, they send back the old DD thru Purolator courier within 8-10 days. ( Mine new DD was received on 24th Aug and receipt of payment given on 23rd Sept and old DD received on 1st Oct)

Good that you received your old DD in time. I am only received the receipt so far and I am still waiting for the old DD. New DD had reached on 19th Aug.

I'm facing the same issue. My replacement DD was received on 26th Aug and I am also waiting for the receipt from OINP. I have also dropped a mail twice to enquire about the same but of no use.

Today I received the payment receipt from OINP.

New DD delivered on 22nd August.
Haven't received my expired DD yet.

yes, after sep 27, you have 90 days to restore to VR, you can stay here within these 90 days. but if you have decided that you just want to apply VR, why wait, just apply now, it's cheaper.

thanks for the reply. Is there any difference between Visitor Record and Visit Visa?? Can you forward me to the link where I can apply for VR and what is the fees?

i received my receipt yesterday... timeline is below
AOR - 15th August
New DD recd by OINP - 21st August
Fees receipt recd - 5th October
Old DD recd - waiting.................
