Hi guys.

I have received response from Ontario to my request today. The request was sent on 20th of April. The response dated 20th of May. I asked them to acknowledge the receipt pertaining to WES Duplicate ECA Report and the Change of Personal Information Form (my daughter was born after I sent the application to OINP). They replied as follows:

"Dear Sir/Madam,
Thank you for your inquiry. Please be advised that our records indicate the file referenced is at the second stage of processing, pending review by an Investigator Analyst. If there is any further information needed for your application, you will be contacted by our officer.
We do not confirm receipt of documents as doing so draws resources away from file processing.
Please note that if you are in Canada, it is your responsibility to remain in legal status throughout the time while your application is being processed by our program.
Thank you for your patience.
Regards,"

I have read about such generic responses already on the forum. Please make it clear to me: "the second stage of processing, pending review by an Investigator Analyst" means that my application has not been looked at yet by Investigator Analyst after issue of my AOR (18th of March) with previous officer, has it? Moreover, after second stage of processing there will be one more stage called "final stage", apparently reviewed by other Investigator Analyst. Is this correct?

It's worth mentioning that I have not heard from OINP (either via phone nor email request for additional documents) after my AOR in March.

3. As for the new passport, if I just send the email, should I scan all the pages and email it to them (I am the principal applicant.) or just the bio page? Because it is all blank.

Hi guys, last week I sent an email to CIC enquiring about the confirmtion of my duplicate ECA delivered to them around the end of March . Strangely, I didn't get any update about that. Instead, I got such an email from them. Does it mean anything? Thanks in advance for your comments!
