I dont have time now to renew because i need to go to montreal for the embassy. Can i apply for the spousal sponsorhsip and owp. Renew it and then send them the new informations, or should i wait for the owp given that i have my work permit untial 2020 and i might not need it because it usually takes 12 months
It would be much better to submit the passport renewal first but seems like you hav3 already decided to go ahead and submit the OWP and sponsorship first. It is your decision.

Perfectly fine to apply with your current passport and then update the app when you get your new one. It will not affect the app in any way.

I wouldn't bother applying for the OWP right now. If you still haven't landed as a PR a few weeks before your PGWP expires, then apply for the OWP.

There are no country-specific timelines. Processing time is listed as 12 months for all countries.

Thank you @canuck78 for all yours answers. I really appreciate it. In 2019 i have been outside canada 2 months ( not continuous ) for my engagement and some other personnal matters. So i think i am still eligible for the ohip card, right ?

Not sure when you started your 3 month waiting period but as long as you were in Ontario for 5 out of the first 6 months yes you should qualify for OHIP.

Not the time you arrived in Canada. It starts when you qualified for ohip. If you were a student before you were on uhip.
