Hi everybody!

I would really appreciate your help. I would like to apply to a Canadian University which requires that transcripts be sent from my previous University directly to the admission office here. In my home country (Ukraine) we don't issue several transcripts and I haven't been successful in asking my Uni for exception in my case. Has anybody here had this problem?? Are there ways to bypass (without breaking) general rules, e.g. maybe local universities will be ok with having a copy of my transcript stamped by my ukrainian uni? Or something like that? I am sure many people have had this problem!!!

Hi
Don't worry.
Official copy means you need to give photo copy to your university, and show them your originals.
They will stamp photocopy and get them sign by officials.
Then with one covering sheet they will post them to Canadian university in a sealed envelop.
They will mention your name, dob,and Canada University student app number if any on covering sheet.
It's simple process but some home university really waste lots of time and make it complex.
Ask them to post using sign for and get receipt number to check when they got delivered.

SECONDED

My wife's undergraduate degree is from India and we are not residents there. I'll be difficult to get multiple official copies of the transcript.
It would be simpler if I could submit notarized copies of the original transcripts . Do Canadian universities accept those?

have you tried to notarize the copies in Canada? they might believe the Canadian notarizaton?

That is a good suggestion. I'll follow that
