Question about changing laws in home country and refugee case

Hi everyone,

I had a question and was wondering if anyone has gone through something similar.

I filed my refugee claim a little over a year ago, and recently there have been some changes in my home country. From what I’ve seen, it seems like the situation has gotten worse compared to when I first applied.

I’m not sure how to properly explain or include this in my case. Would this be something I should submit as additional evidence before the hearing, or is it something that can just be brought up during the hearing?

You have time to submit new evidence all the time until the 20 days before hearing, so prepare a file that includes your new evidences clear and organized.
