It should have been updated by now if you gave it on same day. Contact the college. Are you sure you have given all required documents?

Hello! I would recommend to correct. I too had issues with my name in Intermediate and Degree certificate. I changed it. I would recommend you to do the same. We don't wanna delay visa due to silly errors.
