Usually if you get a doubt, the offer is fake. If you get an offer without applying or trying VERY VERY hard its fake. Usually if you get an offer from outside India, its likely fake because most companies do not make an offer to people outside the country as it takes 4 months or more to get the work permit these days. Lastly, if you get an offer for general skills jobs, its likely to be fake.
Now you may ask, "But GandiBaat bro, how do I get a genuine job offer". Answer is mostly by your own existing employer who is willing to transfer you to Canada IF they have a canada operation/office. Again be careful if they really have an office in Canada or they are running some kind of weird business.

Why would you pay money to someone in the US in US dollars? Fake. Don’t give money. If you were applying for a legitimate permit, you would be paying in Canadian dollars to the Canadian government.
I have got a offer letter from Canado Construction Canada please help me is this company is there available or not.
If you can't find these companies on Google, can't get through on the phone, can't see reviews about them on Glassdoor, and you still ask us to validate, then I really wish you mercy on your soul.
