Absolutely nothing. You call them- the rep. gives you the same answer that, " they will write the notes that the application is over the number of processing times listed." That's all they can do.

Yes, I'm facing the same problem. After entering everything required to reset the password (verification code, new password, etc.), it doesn't move forward at all.
