October 2025 Supervisa Application

Absolutely nothing. You call them- the rep. gives you the same answer that, " they will write the notes that the application is over the number of processing times listed." That's all they can do.
I had called them last week, this is the same response I got . I have raised webform too . Their answer is we are working on your application.
This is so unfair that 2026 files are being processed in less than a month , however 2025 files are still pending.
I’m really frustrated with ircc . It’s the eight month month since submission and no update except biometrics in November.
I think same officer is working on our files , that’s why it’s stuck .
I’m thinking to send inquiry by MP, that’s the last resort.

The tracker is up, but the password is not working. I also tried resetting the password, but the reset functionality doesn't appear to be working either. When are they planning to act on files, 2027 
Yes, I'm facing the same problem. Same , tried to log in yesterday and got issues with the password. Reset didn’t work. And now the tracker is down again !The tracker is up, but the password is not working.
