Thanks for sharing. I'm not sure which office is handling my case, but the last time (two months ago) I called IRCC, the officer said it was Sydney. My application is a routine one, but it's obviously taking longer to process at almost every step. I've been waiting for more than 18 months.
But, alas, I've read enough posts in the forum to understand that I'm not alone. I don't think I can do anything to expedite IRCC's haphazard manner. I'll wait another month to see how it proceeds before calling IRCC again or writing to my MP. Good luck!
