BIOMETRICS IN DUBAI

Just will like to update the latest status of OCT 2020 AOR , FSW EE Outland Indian applicant after giving BIOMETRICS IN DUBAI 2 DAYS BACK. Thought this might help.

Primary VO : OTTAWA
Secondary VO : Sydney , NS ( file currently processed here , told that once file is approved it will be sent to Ottawa VO to issue PPR ). Even though my last two calls to IRCC I have been told that my primary VO was Sydney,NS and secondary was OTTAWA. Not sure which one to believe.

AOR : 20th Oct 2020
Medical PASSED/BIL received : 27th Nov 2020
Eligibility PASSED : 21st Dec 2020
Biometrics Completed in Dubai : 14th Jan 2021
Biometrics updated in portal - After 15 min
GU : 15th Jan 2021

IRCC Agent confirmed on call today 16th Jan 2021

I have my sister in law in CAnada , anyone who can confirm that a sister in law also falls under extended family ? And anyone who has got a similar case as mine who have got their AL after submitting their IMM00005E forms ?
Whether they issue AL to sister-in-law/brother in law too or not ??

@legalfalcon can you guide if eligibility is passed conclusively before transferring to LVO or after transferring to LVO?

Not necessary. Application can be transferred to LVO before eligibility too if local knowledge is required to verify your details.
