Thank you! I just made the appointment to get the finger prints done! :)
Out of curiosity, are you having them done at a local police station, or by a 3rd party? Thanks!

Im assuming not everyone gets the RCMP request?
I'm Oct. 9 and I haven't gotten it, from what I understand, these requests are often sent to people who have been in Canada for a while AND their names are common so it's like an extra check. My name is pretty rare so I think/hope I won't need it

I’ve been in Canada for more than 2 years and I think I received this request possibly because of that and also the way my name appears on my passport . My passport does not designate first and last name, it just says name so it’s quite confusing whenever I fill out any applications in Canada. Legally it looks like I don’t have a last name :rolleyes:It’s a pain but I hope it doesn’t delay the process.

Our background check started on Aug 07, 2020. However, we received the request to submit PCC and schedule A. We already submitted the schedule A with 10 years of address history. Can anyone help as to what specific information they might be looking at.
TIA

Home country.
But my concern is about the schedule A
Right before COVID closed everything down, I too as was asked for another Schedule A (IMM 5669e). In their request they made it seem like I hadn't filled out my full employment history, but I most definitely had. The only thing I could come up with is that with my PR packet I submitted the form with the (11-2018) date at the bottom, and there was another form with (06-2019) at the bottom. I filled out the (06-2019) version and uploaded. I haven't heard anything else, so I'm hoping that was the issue and it is now resolved. Could this possibly be your issue, as well?
