I am one of the remaining applicants who still haven't heard back.
It has been 12 weeks since my papers sent via CanadaPost we signed for at Sydney.

Hi Alurra71, I did the FP on Tuesday the lady from an agency who took my FP electronically told me that RCMP sends it directly to my IRCC office, do you have any idea how we can find out that RCMP has delivered the results to IRCC?

'In Process' means local visa office has opened your application and started processing. I believe right after AOR, file is transferred from Sydney to local visa office. The time after AOR and before In-process, is when your application is in queue in local visa office waiting for an officer to open it up and start processing.

does anybody have an idea in-case someone was living in " Ontario" then s/he moved to another Provence and applied to citizenship from new Provence what will happen in this case when the file will be " in process " , could that mean it will go to both provinces to be checked ??

No, if you move before applying, then your file will be transferred to a local CPC in the new province.
