Just an update after receiving PPR on Jan 21, 2014, we also received medical surveillance paper for my wife because of her inactive TB.
Sent passport on Jan 21, was received by CIC on Jan 23, 2015. Waiting for visa now.

PPR usually come during the evening between 6:30 PM and 11:00 PM on weekdays.
