Hello!
We are applying for my 4 year old's OCI renewal (passport updated) and in the Document Upload section, it is asking for a Declaration. What form is this referring to - is it the VoterID/Ration Card related one?
For context, kid was born in Canada, father is naturalized Canadian Citizen and mother is an Indian citizen.

Does it mean that all the people who applied in May (with biometrics) will not get a booklet?
