Hello!
We are applying for my 4 year old's OCI renewal (passport updated) and in the Document Upload section, it is asking for a Declaration. What form is this referring to - is it the VoterID/Ration Card related one?
For context, kid was born in Canada, father is naturalized Canadian Citizen and mother is an Indian citizen.

Nope still showing granted in OCI tracker and BLS tracker says processing at consulate. If the booklet ships from India then hopefully next week. It shouldn't take more than 2 weeks unless they cheap out and use super slow mail.
Not sure bud. Waiting to get something. Technically i don't require it and I have the Indian Visa.
Yes, OCI Declaration is VoterID/Ration Card related form. Even if you don't have once, we need to submit it.
So, for this declaration, my 4 year old has to put his thumbprint on this declaration and the parents attest it with signatures?

Do we need to do both the declaration and the parent consent form and upload them? Do we need to attest a note saying our kid never held Indian documents for the declaration?
