Oath Timeline after test at St. Clair Office

I have no idea what happening to my file..

applied January 9,2012.

file in process May 1,2012.

RQ. March 1 2013.

Replied : April 24 2012.


I got atip report today showing nothing , my cases in process.

No positive reply from cic call centre always call processing time 36 months
and file not yet reviewed by the officer.

anyone on the similar situation.

Has anyone received email regarding ATIP received, with a file number for future communication. It is also mentioned that they will process the request and send back the response.

Can I apply for ATIP again when an earlier request is not processed completely.

Can anyone who got the ATIP respond regarding this issue???? :'(

Thats normal procedure...No further action is required.
Wait for the report to arrive within 30-40 days...

We all share the same level of your frustration. The lack of progress, updates, vague and incorrect answers by CIC call center agents. The agents provides incorrect answers asking callers to check only after 36 months but the same day the candidates got Oath letters.

Its height of chaotic situation at every level in CIC, no logical process, bottlenecks at every stage, Online status is another stale joke.
All these resulting in increased call volume, the agents seems frustrated like the candidates. Agents does not have updated information either, so just try discourage the callers by asking them to call only after 36 months.

What a classic case of total breakdown of system at every step, total confusion, frustration for CIC agents and candidates.

Please dont entirely believe what call center agents says...that's partial or incorrect information. Stay positive and things will fall in place.

Hello Friends, Thank GOD, I got the Pink letter today, my Oath is on 24th June. This happened a few days after I got my ATIP, so ATIP might have helped.

Guyssss..good news for me just got off the phone and got to know that they mailed an oath invitation for my family ( to be held on Canada day ) .. Yesssssss my gut feeling was right. My ecas did not get updated yet. The cic agent was extremely nice ..Call and ask about updates...Good luck to al
