Oath Timeline after test at St. Clair Office

Hi Everyone,

it seems those who had their tests in February, will be getting oath letters starting Monday March 10.
all January test takers have received their oath last week. including January 27,28,29,and 30.
since February 1 and 2 were on the weekend, we should see oath letters for those who had their test on February 3 and after.

Hi, the colour of the invitation depend on if you have RQ or not. With RQ is purple, without yellow. When you will finish the test, you will go to the booth were our hand written N is. For example on the boot N1 will be the sheet of paper with 210-218. That's mean the N from 210 to 218 have to go to the booth N1. If it is in St Clair office, there are about 20 booths. Every officer is meetig

Actually it was my wife, she said the interview went fine, officer said everything looks fine, and it will be forwarded to judge and hopefully she will get oath in 2-3 months. My wife then asked if that means she don't need to see the judge, the officer replied that although she can't tell for sure, but it looks like it wont be necessary. Thats all.

you took your test in January, and mentioned about your conversation with the call centre.
they told you that your file has been referred to the judge.
did you ask the call centre what they mean by that?
is it a hearing with judge or paper review by judge? as I remember you called them two weeks after the test.

I appreciate if you give more details. what was the officer's reaction during the interview?

Twocats have you checked ecas? For me they sent letter dated 6th and I received on 7th (Friday) and my ecas updated 8th evening. Keep checking and hopefully good news next week

Also guys ALL files go to CJ for decision - there isn't 2 types! From they CJ decides if oath is next or needs to go to hearing.

It appears that one person (toronto60) who wrote the test on Feb 13 already got the Oath date, but then there are a few before who wrote the test between Feb 1-13 are still waiting. But I am hopeful we will get the news sooner or later. My realistic expectation for us (Feb 21) testers would be sometime between March 30 - April 5 and thus should receive the invitation letter by March 17.

They said, that the file went to the judge, and the judge will decide what happens next. Checked e-CAS yesterday, nothing there. As for the interview, my impression at that time was, that it went well; and later, the call centre agent read me a note from my file, which confirmed that they had addressed the residency concerns.

When I called two weeks ago, they told me the same thing.
Today, The agent told me that she can see that I gave my test on the 4th and everything is going smoothly.Your oath is going to be between few weeks to few months .

My ecas updated over the weekend as well.

Nope it didn't - but most likely because the letter was dated 6th and now it's the weekend
