You can receiver in same day.
Sometime it's different. My example, but I pay bio latter. Sometime pa who go to Quebec receive med latter because Q long time do certificate. People need do med second time or have not many time for landing (1 year after med).

Yes. Like gckey. But you don't need registrate. And both PA, sponsor can see steps. But you must understand that sometime news will be on gckey but on ecas no. It's normal.
