Hey @JoshC I submitted 20 photographs including my engagement and wedding ceremonies earlier. Is it fine if i include 5-6 pictures/selfies from post wedding and then around 10-15 with marriage ceremonies that took place. Do you think that should be sufficient ?

I am also thinking of thinking of creating two words files - one for post wedding photos and one for marriage ceremonies and attach it to the email. Please let me know your feedback. Thank you

Have you already submitted? I think you've got enough so let's hope the CIC agent agrees!

@JoshC No i am still making the word file. it's just hard to find the clear face picture while walking around the fire so i'm thinking of attaching multiple pictures of it. Just nervous if they gonna approve these or not. Is it fine if i send it a PDF format than word tho ? pdf seems to be a bit more standard. Thank you

PDF will be fine, it's a better format to send anyway. I'd say the more the merrier for photos in this document.

@kohman77, @applefritter1 could either of you tell me what email the PPR came through on? I want to add it to my safe list.

I'm pretty sure they are looking for pics from different time periods and places. Don't include multiple photos from the same event. Except maybe a couple from the wedding.
I did include 20 pics and each one was from a different place and time. Depends how long you know each other, try to find pics from your very first dates up to now.

They've specifically requested Marriage photos as additional docs, this isn't the same thing as the 20 you send at the start of the application:

>Marriage photos: If you were married according to the rites, customs, and/or traditions
of this country, please submit printed photos of the principal applicant and the sponsor with
relatives and friends. Photos submitted should include photos of the wedding ceremony and
customary celebrations.
Please make sure to submit photographs of the bride and groom walking
around the Holy Fire.

> Client Information: Please provide photos taken of the principal applicant and the
sponsor together on other occasions, after the wedding.
This includes outings and travel together.
They're trying to ascertain that the marriage is real and that they were together post the wedding. In this instance he has a few pictures of them after, but had to return home, so the pictures he's included plus the statement should suffice. If not they'll contact him again.

Luckily he has the pictures of the customary celebrations that they specifically requested so this should really help.

Oh ok, I didn't read his previous msgs. Strange, how come they don't see it from the pics he did send with his application.

From the latest batch of us sent to CPC-M I'm seeing an awful lot of additional documents requested. At the end of the day they're doing their due dillegence and ensuring that they follow the guidelines fully.

It's unfortunate and time consuming having to provide the docs, but if you take your time and follow their requests their should be no issues.

We're all happy to help, there's a wealth of knowledge from all stages of the process on the forums. Good luck with the application.

Hi All,

Quick Question, we have not heard anything from IRCC from a while. Last update was Feb 12th as Medical Passed. I spoke to call center people and looks like they have are not sure where our file is. On automated system it says We are reviewing your eligibility (on PA side), as per call center Rep file is still in Sydney and they are reviewing eligibility.

I am confused because first we do not have any communication of File Transfer so far, second I was under the impression that Sydney office is only responsible for Sponsor side and for PA file usually gets transferred to either local office or Mississauga. In our case everything was smooth until Medical Passed confirmation on Feb 12th and nothing after that. Any thoughts what could be the case?

Time line as follows:
Principal Applicant: India (Outland Application)
File Received 28th Nov
AOR1 23rd Jan
Sponsor Approval Feb 1st
Medical Request Feb 5th
Medical Done Feb 8th
Medical Passed Feb 12th
Nothing afterwards
