So they asked for some stuff including:
1- two photos (same specifications as when we applied first time, except they didn't ask for name and date of birth on the back of the photos...just got it from Walmart studio)
2- Paystubs or job offers for both sponsor and PA
3- same original Marriage certificate that we used when applying
4- Passport and IDs
5-payment receipt for the PR, shows right of PR.

So my questions are:
1-what do they do with these two photos!?
2-do they keep the other papers like marriage certificate,Job offers and paystubs or do they just have a look at it and return it ?

Those two photos are for the pr card, they need new pictures taken within the 6 months for the pr card, did they stamp them at Walmart? If they didn't just take them back and stamp them just in case
And for the marriage certificates and other job documents I heard that they just look at them and give them back to you

When did you get AIP?

Quebec Applicants: how's your process so far?
I am in Quebec but my app is being processed in Mississauga...
Still waiting in limbo for the PA decision made.
I ordered my IRCC ATIP, and all steps of my application are complete.
My paper file is at CPC Mississauga, Inland - PQ meds (I assume PQ means Province du Québec)

Considering what I'm seeing from other QC applicants, I'm expecting to get PA DM between 10 and 14 months.

Hey @Geno.uss how far your application is now? Just wanted to check up here lol .
Hey @Lithiumwow :)
Thanks for checking up on me! That's so nice of you
I got DM and my DM letter but still waiting for the landing letter
It is taking time, it has been 26 days since DM on ECAS and 20 days since DM letter
Hopefully I'd get it soon and my landing interview would be soon too
How are you? Did you get your pr card? And did travel back to your home country?

Québec is delaying the family sponsorship files and focusing on the economic streams

Thanks Genu and thanks everyone,
I just landed and it was very easy and friendly.
Simple questions.
It was a pleasure dealing with you guys here, and hopefully we will meet again when we apply for citizenship :)
Nice, Congrats! You're officially a PR now :)
What did they ask you? And how long did it take you? Was it busy?

Nah, it wasn't busy, started the interview on time, took 5 minutes.
Questions are, passports, another photo ID, where and when did you meet?
Where do you guys work? Paystubs?
Any criminal history etc...?
That was it! Congrats!! :)

Anyway my COPR is valid for 8 month and I linked the PR card application online.
How long does it usually take to receive the card?
**I issued my permanent SIN.
** As the health card, I am registered in the system now but they said I am eligible for it after three months! Is that right? I believe it is there months after AIP, or eligible just when I get PR!

Oh no!! No, you must register for health services and then wait 3 months, depending on the province (I know for a fact ON and QC). You could've and should've register as soon as you got your AIP letter so the waiting time started running.

Congrats anyways!
