No you can't get it back, you need to apply for a new one
Why did you send the original? they never ask for the original, a copy is enough

You can try your luck and reach out to them by sending a webform and ask them to return the original marriage certificate and explain that you need it

sorry I don't have internet most of the time, I got the landing letter for Aug 8, just got it two days ago.
DM on ecas... 28 June
DM letter....... 9 July
Landing letter 30 July
Hopefully everything will be fine, and you will get it soon
