just received SA earlier today (16 days since getting AOR). Both letters were sent by email. Thought it would be nice to share this with you and let you all know that there is some action in CPC-Mississauga office
My application was received on the 5th of November.

Just received the AOR email but there is one slight concern. It lists my name in the correct order (first/last) however when it lists my wife's name at the bottom of the email it's last/first. I know she made an error when filling out the forms originally but I thought corrected that mistake. Please tell me this is the same format for everyone that receives the email? If not, what should I do?

Yeah, it's in the spreadsheet under the same name. Our application arrived in Mississauga on Nov. 17.

Glad to see someone getting AOR. They received my package on Nov 17th also, but still no AOR, hopefully soon! The waiting is the hardest part as they say

Do they actually send the documents by post mail or just simply scan everything then send through computer?

I don't know for sure but, I doubt they would scan Everything and send through the computer. That could be a lot of scanning because there's the additional information that supports the authenticity of the marriage (pictures, communication records in all media formats eg.emails, texts, Whatsapp, Viber, Skype, Facetime etc, long distance bills, receipts) that the visa office abroad will need.
Also, I do believe both visa offices need to see the 'original' documents.

What's different about it? I checked my info...I don't see that anyone has changed it.
Everything is categorized by when everyone's application was 'Received' in column 'B'
Am I not seeing something?
