Guys ... I have received my GCMC notes today...as per notes they had sent me request for Revised schedule A form via email but i have missed that email as i there was some technical issues on email server at my employer.....now i wanted to send them schedule A form for me and my spouse..

I dont know how to sent them these form means, Via Email or Via Fax or Via regular mail ? Also if its Fax do i need to address it tom anyone. ????

You should email and fax as well as mail them in the courier address. Send it by all channels.

FAX NUMBER IS 902-270-8534. YOU CAN FAX THEM WITH FRONT COVER LETTER SAYING YOUR UCI, APPLICATION NUMBER, NAME, EMAIL ID AND PHONE WITH A NEW SCHEDULE A FORM. SINCE YOU HAVE MISSED THE EMAIL, YOU CAN SEE THE AGENT NAME IN GCMC NOTES WHO IS PROCESSING YOUR APPLICATION. JUST ADDRESS TO HIM THE LETTER AND DOCUMENTS. ALSO WRITE A NOTE ON THE FRONT COVER THAT YOU HAVE MISSED THEIR EMAIL AND REQUEST TO SEND THEM THE OTHER ONE IF POSSIBLE.

Does it SJP for all the applicants who received request for further documents ?? please confirm...if it then i will mention SJP only on my cover letter.

SJP is the initials for the someone else's case.
For me it was DJA-Team1. So there are more than one people.

if i will send them without any agent name them ? are they going to process it..In covering letter i will mention about tragedy of not knowing the agent name due to missing email....

yes thats better, mention both your UCI and Application number

Sorry Awilly, I found that I got my notes before my application went to processing so it does not have the agent name on it . But I have seen someone on this thread that you can find the agent name on the GCMS notes!
