I think Ri121 turned into IP around May 2, I saw his post at that time. BTW, have u saw any applicant who submitted in the beginning of Oct got PPR? CIC seems like noting to do this week. they work so soso slowly

yeah, i know one person who applied on Oct 1 got PPR a few days ago, and 2 person who applied on Oct 15 got DM on May 2
