Dear all,

I have submitted my file on 14th Feb 2017 and got UCI number. My current status is Background not applicable .

I am not sure how long will it take to process the file ? Concern is my IELTS will expire on July 14th and the review of eligibility is still 'We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.'

Should I be taking the IELTS exam once again ? Confused ? Anyone , Please help ..

One question. Did you receive any automated mail when your UCI number got updated in profile?
As per my understanding, any update in profile will send automated mail, so thought of checking with you.

Do you have any Idea when will the NS Demand Express Entry Category B be opened? I was completely prepared on May'2017 for applying in the first intake. But at that time because of technical problem in their website I can't apply.

Hi Guys,

I am NS nominee and have AOR date of 16-oct-2016.. It is almost 8 months and 10 days now and bg check is in progress since end of december 2016.. My visa office is LVO.. I can see on the forum that 99% PPR application are processed within 5-6 months of time.. But am I the unlucky 1% whose application is stuck somewhere in a black hole? Any suggestionss? Does anyone know of someone with this much waiting experience? Can NS office push LVO in some way??

Do you have a lot of travel history or something? Did you order the gcms notes?

luckily I got my GCMS notes today morning and according to them, I have passed crimiality and eligibility checks in dec.. Since dec, my security screening is under progress and there is no update further on. Almost 6 months for security screening is too much!

Check your group on gcms. Does it say security outstanding if yes than probably you have to wait a bit longer. If no, then do you have long travel history or something.?

I have submitted my application yesterday, and received an email that application will be assessed for completeness check not sure how many days this will take for the next wait game to begin.

No, the security is blank.. I do have some travel history but not that long from my view.. couple of travels. only thing is that I am currently living in one of a european country but I am still Pakistani national.
