Dont worry my friend there is no compulsion like that. Only compulsion with respect to the point grid is 67 points out of 100.
Adaptability factor is just to help to make 67 points.

Hai everybody,

I am shakhawet, I got AOR mail on 10th Feb and replied on 13th Feb.But on 7th march I got a depressing mail from nominee officer dealing my case. he wrote that I did not achieve 67 marks to be eligible for the assessment and he showed that in the adaptability(factor 6) I got '0' point though I was expecting '5' there.For this reason I am '3' point less to achieve 67.My question is though I submitted valid and latest IELTS result of my spouse with CLB 4 or higher in each band, why they are not counting that point?

is there anyone who can suggest me about what is reason behind it and what can I do now



Hi CLB 4 is equal to IELTS score of Reading 3.5, Listening 4.5, Writing 4, Speaking 4. Make sure your spouse has score same like mentioned here or more.

I submitted my spouse IELTS result in 2015 while submitting my application.As the IELTS expired on dec,2016,I submitted new result in the response to the AOR mail.

Your spouse Ielts is fine . Did you provide your updated experience letter?? You have provided the old with 2015 date? try to provide a new experience from the current date. I hopes it will work. Because all the bsic points you are having. Try to give a new current experience letter.

I think that if company is international and name is famous- they would believe to letterhead and stamp without calling.

Hi,

I think you should email the nomination officer about the situation with reference to your reply to AOR. and explicitly mention the fact that you have already send the new ielts results which meet CLB 4 criteria for adaptability. They are flexible enough and will provide you an opportunity of explanation.

Normally they don't contact employers. In my case they didnt contact any of my previous employers and neither did they call my current employer. I think if you have a comprehensive experience letter as per their requirement, they will not go for this additional procedure.

They normally email the company referring to the signing authority for the response.

Its something unacceptable and I am pretty much sure something is missing. May I know your spouse score in IELTS.
NSOI never do such kind of mistakes in their assessment.

Listening-4.5, Reading -3.5, Writing-4 and Speaking -4

Does she have equal or more than above scores if yes you must have 5 points for Adaptability.

Thank you for your reply.

My spouse's IELTS score is as below:

Listening: 5.5, Reading :4,Writing:6.5,Speaking:5

IELTS is taken on Dec,2016.

I have attached this result when replying in AOR mail. Still I got '0' in adaptability factor.

Yesterday, I sent another mail attaching my spouse's IELTS result again to nominee officer requesting to reconsider my case and recalculate my overall score. I did not get any reply yet.

Is there anything more I can do at this moment or am I right in my ground?
