Keep trying. Search this forum for more information, most times they end up working for people.

I had an issue linking an application, it couldn’t seem to find the application even though I had the application number and UCI number. I finally found the error. For my place of birth, it asked for the city/town, what they actually wanted was the state I was born in. So, if you are using the place of birth option, try entering your state or province not the actual city. See if that works for you.

Thank you, tried but no luck.

I would not recommend using place of birth as that's always been problem for people trying to link.

Here's what worked for me (and a few others) in terms of linking:
-Use App# + Family name (enter the Family name how it shows up in the AOR email - for me it was all CAPS)
-Enter passport info instead of City of Birth
-Married & 2 applicants (if it's just the two of you)

This is not a failsafe way, but it's all about how they entered your information on their end. Keep trying, it will work at some point. It helps to keep an excel spreadsheet of all the different ways you tried that didn't work! It's a great feeling when you finally find your application, best of luck!!
