PROOF OF CONTACT

I am a bit worried about this part of the application. Unfortunately we accidentally deleted all of our past messages, I have switch to a new phone and my old phone is completely dead. The only proof of contact that we have are screenshots of our videos calls from different dates/year. Would this suffice as a proof of contact? considering there wont be any messages or any text to be read just pure screenshots.

Hope someone can enlighten us what to do with this. Thanks a bunch.


PS: I have tried to retrieve the messages as instructed on the guide by FB but no luck.

There is no silver bullet for a spousal sponsorship application. What you need is a sufficient amount of evidence to prove that your relationship is genuine. If you are living with your partner and have other supporting evidence, there’s nothing to worry about. But if you are an outland applicant and most of your time with your sponsor has been online, I would say that your chat history is an important part of your dossier. Good luck.

I figured that the chat is really a vital part since im outland. I did include an explanation letter together with the photo screenshot we have not sure if that would do but is still hoping if someone has other options or ideas what we can do considering out circumstances.
