My mother’s visa is ending soon and I want to apply for a visitor record extension. She is in Canada.
I tried to get into the original CIC account where I applied for her visa but couldn’t get in.
I made a new account and tried to link her original application to that account but after multiple attempts it said they can’t find any applications.
It even asked for the dates “when she will be arriving in Canada”, but she is already here, so I am not sure what is causing the errors.
How can I go about applying for her visitor record (visa extension)?
