I see your File transfer date as March 9th, falling on Sunday how did you figure that out ? did you call them or just an estimate/guess??

That's what the cic call center guy told me. Highly doubt that they receive files on Sunday. But i'd leave it in the sheet for now.

They might be working on weekends to reduce the backlog, however check again with a different agent about when it got transfered and when they received in calgary....just for more clarity.

1. We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on November 14, 2013.

2. We sent you a letter acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on November 14, 2013. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

3. We started processing your application on January 31, 2014.

I can see on the excel spread sheet that you file was transferred Sept 2013. Mine was October but I was wondering of any one knows an applicant with file transferred in October 2013 that has received notification for citizenship exam.

touché got a test invite on March 26th. I got that from another thread.

@ Panorama47 have you had any correspondence since your file got transferred?? Additional information request or fingerprint request??

No any correspondence. I only called them January and was told my file transfered to calgary Oct 17th 2013.

That's odd. Your file was in Sydney for a while from 12-Feb-13 to 17-Oct-13 that's 247 days. Whats your application type, Single? Family? I'm sure you'll be hearing from them soon. Make sure you update us as soon as you get any notification. Also, I would call them, just to touch base and get some info outta them.
