Yeah i made a spreadsheet, if including you, there will be 11 persons who have been stuck for months without update. But I paid attention to log persons whose file is at Winnipeg VO. So may I know if your Primary VO is Winnipeg too?

It’s not necessarily Comprehensive Check. From the pattern I see among 11 examples I have, only 2 of them confirmed C Check. For me and majority, security is not even started. Our case just sit in the queue and wait for that PM3 officer to open, for on average 4 months.

On my latest 4 GCMS notes from CBSA, they show exactly same info, not even a punctuation difference. There is no sign of security screening. It clearly said Security: Not Started. The most recent officers note is Medical Bulk Reassessment on October 5.

But days ago I saw someone who have been stuck for 6 months said they got update that security was started. So I assume 2 months later we should see something.
I’m also stuck at Winnipeg

Hi, when submitting translated documents, I need to attach both the original document and the certified translation. In the order of the document, does the translation come first or the original document first? The document I received has the translation first and then the original document, so I was wondering if that's ok.

it really doesn’t matter as long as you included them. to assist officers better, just put original right next to translation. which comes first is not a problem. But to show the officer your doc is well organized, I suggest you stick with either one way

Hi. I can see your security has been started for so long. What Paper File Location shows on your gcms note? Is it Digitized-PM3 Ready, or Digitized-C Check?
Sorry, may I ask what's the difference between them?

I have an inquiry regarding GCMS notes for the application in which my wife is the principal applicant. Should she request GCMS notes for the entire application collectively, or should she request them separately for each dependent? Thank you!

I’m not 100% sure what they mean. But my guessing is, PM3 ready means the file is ready for PM3 officer to review to determine next step, while C Check means Comprehensive Check usually involves CBSA and CSIS, which can take 6mo - 2ys as stated by official.

Oh I see, well it makes sense. I'm trying to find my paper location but I don't have it in any of the last gcms notes.
Thank you for the explanation.

No problem. I’m also just assuming anyway. I don’t think it shows up on IRCC’s gcms notes. It’s on the CBSA gcms notes.

I had the same experience recently. If your wife wants to obtain a GCMS note that includes updates for her dependents, they must all fill out and sign this form to consent to share their information with her as a representative. Please note that the form requires a handwritten signature and the date of signature. Also, make sure that she mentions in the request that she needs the information and updates of all dependants listed on the application.

Hi, I'm working on my application right now.

While filling out the Schedule 4 form, it asks me about how much in Funds I have. Is there any requirement to satisfy here?
