You won't be able to do it on PHONE.
You have to use computer for it.

After 7 months my application said it was updated but nothing changed. My background check was In progress but now it says they will send me message when it starts.
Yet to start eligibility, aor on mar 29th, ar in feb 8th.
This is a good sign right?
