When can I receive portal 1?

here is my timeline:

Submitted: Dec 16th, 2022
FN/AOR: March, 3rd, 2023
Med Pass & PAL: May 30th, 2023
Med pass again (expired date extended): Jun,7th, 2023
Still waiting for the next step (portal 1)…

Medical: Passed on July 19 and extended to July 2024.
Background: on the tracker, it's showing in " Progress".
Eligibility: Not Started on Tracker but on GC Key it's started.
PAL: Waiting
I have seen many applicants getting PAL with Medical updates, but I didn't get mine.

You can order GCMS notes for the detailed information...Waiting time really depends on individual case..I know someone just obtained Portal 1 after one month of medical pass, whereas others could wait one year..

I applied for GCMS notes on 29th May 2023, almost two months have passed and I haven't received them yet, hopefully I'll get them sson.
