Called an agent today, she said my eligibility, medical and criminality passed. My file is in Sydney.
How is Sydney office processing time? Why is it still in Sydney office?
At the end she said my estimated time for application is MAY 10, 2024.
my Aor is feb10

I asked her but she said only these thing are passed, everything is going good. Your file is in process. I don’t know how much more time it gonna take. Nd when she said my application estimated time is may 10, 2024. I lost all the hope.
on my nomination, it stated restrictions on employment. So I am working on minimum wage but it’s very hard me . I want to over it as soon as possible. But nthg can be done

I am in the same situation as you. Under LMIA, working by Closed Work Permit, I just get pay the minimum wage (the lack of benefits too). I checked the processing time everyday because I don’t want to work there anymore. It seems hopeless and stressful. Good luck, be strong and be patient.

• On March 28th, 2023 (Background verification status has been updated to Completed)

However, I call the IRCC agent, they said they are still check my background and they have not start eligibility, so wired

I have similar timelines (AR is same). I got ADR along with AOR on Jan-18, 2023 and MR on Feb-22, 2023. Since then, my status is stuck in 'The additional documents you provided have been uploaded'.
