2) Correct, you need to ask someone in Canada to make the call for you.
3) I think you have to be present in Canada to order, I am not too sure about this as I have never ordered it, maybe someone else can help me out here.

Can I ask how long it took for you to receive the medical pass after submitting the web form? I want to do the same as what you did.

I submitted the web form in April 3, 2023 and got Medical passed in May 1, 2023

oh, I was making a mistake while entering the names in first name and surname fields how silly.

Every single day I keep trying to register using surname n given name combinations..
Since in my pp the surname field is blank and the register page has an asterisk sign in the first name and surname field, I was trying both names in both fields and/or writing N/A or NA in 1 of the field. I have been trying to register this for so many weeks. What a waste of time and my efforts.

After getting your reply, lucky for me, i tried to register and i don't know how on earth did i leave the first name field blank and press enter.
It worked.
thank you Shane now because of you I am able to see my application on tracker and actually, a different status then on my gc key, now which one is latest or old that I don't know..heeee

Gosh, i don't have any words. Sometimes with me i will do everything properly but the most easiest thing i will mess up. God bless us all.

When IRCC issued AOR, does it mean R10 completeness check is passed?

Nope! Check the following two post numbers in this thread:

The guy was issued AoR, and then 6 months later, the file was returned to because of an error made by the applicant.

Most of the collective post suggests that R10 is done same time during the medical review, though a thorough review of your documents is reviewed only during the eligibility (which is often not updated in tacker or GCKey till the end), followed by ADR if needed at state.

All or Most of non-ee applicants files are virtually in Netherrealm where in GCkey (or self-serve basically reads info from GCkey) indicating that they're reviewing eligibility or that are processing background checks is an illusion of false information. Then when you're tired fighting from all sorrow that build up in waiting over the period of time, you telepath to lord raiden, you get to know that neither eligibility nor background or security has started. None this make sense with GCkey illusion - does it? Know it doesn't because all of our files are in Netherrealm. But don't worry - as the time passes, you will eventually make out and will know what/where to look for factual status of your file. Think of call agent as lord raiden and GCMS notes as an elder god type communication which includes file notes with godly jargons.

How is Sydney office processing time? Why is it still in Sydney office?
At the end she said my estimated time for application is MAY 10, 2024.

I understand, yes sometimes we all make mistakes. It depends, whats showing differently for you? I think GCKey will show the updates before the AST (Shows up a day later), however the AST shows all the history on your application and also gives you a hint of when your PR is close to being approved (COPR Numbers). They both have their purpose, I check both.

Well you are within the processing time but based on the current trend you may get through well before the estimated date.
I guess the other two are still in progress. It will be over in no time, keep having strength.
