What is this “portal 1” and “portal 2”?

Do people with AR in Apr 22 start getting portals? I saw a lot of portal updates for people with AR in Mar 22 last month, but rarely any updates on portals in the last 2 weeks.
portal 1 is the confirmation that your application is approved. portal 2 is when you receive credentials to log in to the portal to confirm your PR. After PAL is portal 1 if there is no Adr
Someone added today 6-7 ecopr dates across the spreadsheet. The majority of these don't have Portal dates entered either, and four of these ecopr dates are added into the first 5 rows - to rows with applicants that applied first. I believe Zege user (first row applicant) received ecopr long time ago (he wrote on this forum or on discord), so my guess is someone randomly just added 3/8/2023 and 8/3/2023 across the spreadsheet.
So the confidence in dates in the spreadsheet is now compromised. I don't want to delete them as I don't know why these dates were added in the first place.
Just letting you all know.
I probably won't spend any more time on the spreadsheet after this, only fill in my own data once I get an update.

Can anyone tell me, when can I expect the COPR or PPR? Below are the timelines of my file

Received UCI and Application number on :- 15th June 2022
Medical Status updated on(passed) :- 23rd June 2022

Do you mean PCC from your home country or Canada? I thought PAL meant there was no ADR requirement, which I had the wrong understanding. Thank you for your response!
