Yes I did pay the fees before submitting the file and it has now been 13 months and no AOR yet and I got the response for my webforms that they did not receive the application. I am so worried now

Yes I have paid the fees already but since 13 months I did not receive any update, no AOR yet. And on top of that IRCC said they did not receive my application. I am so worried!!

I understand you're worried - did you apply online or on paper? If you applied online, you would have a submission timestamp on your PR Portal account and an email from IRCC.

If you applied on paper, and assuming you sent it via courier, your assurance that you did in fact send it is from the courier signature that would have been provided by an IRCC representative.

If you have any of those, you'll have assurance or at least evidence that they DID receive it. Remember I have constantly been saying that AORs typically take 11-13 months to come, and there have been several people here who waited 16-18 months!!

Aug 5, 2022, received medial examination letter
still waiting...

Does anyone know about the proof of funds? do we need POF if we apply based on OINP Foreign worker stream job offer and currently working in Canada?

I submitted my application in June 2021.. still I am getting the same response on phone, no application in system yet. They submitted a follow up for their Sydney office to find my file.. and I received an email from them that “ you may have to re-submit the application”. I am so depressed and don’t know how to proceed now. Does anyone else faced the same situation in past and got the AOR??? I even can’t see my status id in my portal now. The view my submitted application button is disabled for me

You've got to be kidding me? So sorry to hear that omg.

Did you apply on paper? Please tell me you have evidence/receipts that you submitted it in June 2021? If you did, the best thing you can do I think is to ask them to prioritize it on the basis that you furnished evidence that the application was submitted during that month.

I only have fee receipt and did not receive any email when I submitted. I emailed them back twice to ask for any kind of resolution or to give priority to my application but they didn’t reply. I am totally stuck over now and don’t know what to do
